Neighbors are kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever had and are always willing to go the extra mile to make our lives easier.

Pet Policy

Locale is a Pet-Friendly Community! Please see below our Community Rules and Guidelines: 1) Monthly Pet Rent for Dogs is $75 and $50 for Cats. 2) An additional $300 Deposit is required per pet. 3) A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment home. 4) All pets must be authorized by Management prior to joining the Community. 5) Resident/Pet Owner must provide all necessary vaccination forms for Management authorization. 6) Pets must be on leash at all times in all common areas, excluding the “Bark Park”. 7) Resident acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for all actions or incidents caused by his or her pet(s). 8) The following Breeds/Crossbreeds are not permitted on Premises: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, Huskies, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Malamutes, Akitas, and Wolf Hybrids. 9) Exotic pets (rabbits, mice, lizards, snakes, birds) are not permitted. 10) Fish and fish tanks are not permitted.
