|Recommended: YesMy Favorite Apartment Home In The Peninsula — I've lived in several apartments over the years, in San Mateo, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Redwood City. Above all other apartments, this has been my favorite. I feel at home. It is peaceful, yet also near to all the businesses and services I need. It's close to my work, and yet is also affordable relative to other options in the area. It has a ton of amenities. I feel safe. All maintenance requests and other apartment-related emails are answered quickly and effectively. I absolutely love living here

|Recommended: YesLocale Is Amazing Super Clean, Quiet, And Relatively Affordable Compared To Other Apartments In The Area. — I love living here Staff is extremely friendly, neighbors are super quiet, the only thing I can hear is upstairs neighbor walking around. But overall great experience so far.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Building On Peninsula — Building is nicely designed and well maintained. Quiet inside the units. Excellent onsite amenities. Great location. The assigned garage parking is perfectly fine and street parking for guests is good. Fantastic staff office and maintenance . Unlike another high amenity Redwood City building I have lived in, residents at Locale respect the the property and their fellow tenants.
